Darn those went quickly, even at those prices. Sounds like they only had a couple and that it was likely the final batch to ship to CA

As a multiple Stack owner IMO don’t bother with the XL, get the XC this is a one and done pistol you will not be disappointed.

As someone who has never even held a 2011 I have to ask what are the differences?

My understanding is they are both 9mm but the XC is shorter / lighter / more compact than the XL?

From the company literature the XL is more geared uo for competition?

The biggest difference is that the XC comes with a compensator, which should noticeably reduce muzzle flip compared with models that don't have one.

Agreed, I would have emptied my safe on fire-sale if the opportunity came up to purchase an XC. Not gonna happen though before the 19th unfortunately.
