Heart stamp on Savage 99 internals

Has anyone else noticed little heart cartouches on the bolt and other internal parts? I have a newly acquired 99E with these little heart stamps and can't find a reference online.

Yup, send. On a few 1899 and model 99's I've owned.
Not sure what it means?
