Heat treatment shrinks cast bullets. Duh!

Just came to the realization that the oven curing process for enamel coating bullets shrinks them. Figured this out while testing rounds for chambering in my newly acquired TT-33. Noticed only the rounds with the enamel coating would chamber. Anyone else notice this? Either way I think a little bit of experimentation is in order.

I did resize both the enamel coated bullets and the regular alox coated bullets. Measured fresh bullets before and after baking in a toaster oven at 300F and after baking they come out .001 less on average. Of course out of the sizer the differently coated bullets come out at the same diameter so apparently the enamel has enough give to allow the necks of the brass to compress the enamel and allow the rounds to properly chamber.
