Here is Mosin 2, not as heavily modernized, but
1. same mount (original base-USSR and modernized rail-Russia)
2. front picatinny
3. front sling post moved
4. muzzle break (SAS tactical, USA)
5. charging handle changed to an original sniper handle (digged out from the battlefield under Moscow, where German nazzis were stopped)
6. front post-fiber optic (slide-on-metal)
7. barrel coated with cheap grill paint
8. scope: Nikon buckmaster II 4-12x40 BDC

i like the setup , have you had it out to 300 meters yet?

Not yet, just installed the Nikon buckmaster II, going tomorrow.. also, don't have access to 300 m range.. RCMP doesn't like those as they are "public safety and training terrain for t//er-O- istic guys". We had a 300m range at my friend's club, but it is always under reconstruction or just merely closed w/o any explanation
