yes. but with g-mod you can play on Team fortress 2 maps and do a hell of a lot more.

Well you can play on TF2 maps on counterstrike or day of defeat too if you wanted

I should also say doing more is not 'better', it's why I play Day of Defeat. I don't want someone to jump in the game with a gravity gun.
