Its an HK. Valerian steel. No doubt the best you can buy.

I think you mean Valyrian steel.....either way, very funny.
I'm not doubting their a quality built rifle, but how good was the accuracy; sub MOA?
Cheers D
I have achieved that with my MR308 first version. So I can imagine depending on the scope and the setup you are going for and ammo you shoot under 1moa easy. Tactical imports has had one listed on the EE for ages. But it's setup for a battle rifle config. Also they have a 20 barrel as well.
The price dropped to $3999 from $4799. Nice gun but hard to find parts for it if needed. Good reason to stick with an AR.
Ah. The parts are easy to get. I have had no problems either sourcing from the US or Europe. That's an old argument. If this were 3 years ago I would agree. Plus hk lasts a long time. With companies like Irunguns or Phil river for importing it is simple and not really that expensive compared to the old days. And even then it wasn't hard it was just most dealers were lazy and charge ridiculous fees to do it.
Head over to hk pro and there are tones of websites in Europe and the US to get everything you need and in realitively fast order.
I'd say ^ is was great sale' pitch for a guy with a $9,000 HK416 upper for sale in the EE![]()
Sorry bud, but there isn't a single upper on this earth worth $9,000, no matter what you may believe. It offers absolutely ZERO mechanical, durability or accuracy advantage(s) over any other of the big players out there, let alone in the 5.56 platform.
It must %$@ to have so much money sunk'd into it, but in the end it is your money to do as you wish with it!
I have one. 20" barrel. It will be passed down to my children.
Using Fed Gold 175 it shoots 5rds, ragged hole at 100m.
I suspect it would do better if it was bolted to a table using a trigger remote.
Why don't you post some pics in the my black rifle can shoot sub moa all day thread?
