I'm new to this forum (been lurking for a week or so) but old to shooting. Retired from the military, have been shooting long arms since army cadets (about 38 years) and used to shoot IPSC when it first started up 30 years ago. Haven't owned a handgun since 85 and am not planning on owning one with the way the laws are. Have been rolling my own for the last 30 years or so. I currently own a couple of 303's, a 7mm Mauser (Brno), a couple of 22 Cooeys and of course the required 12 gauge. In the new year I'm looking at purchasing a Savage model 10 for that "reach out and touch something" feeling at the range.
