Just wanted to check in and say hello. After a 10 yr absence from the shooting fraternity (due to a sense of disgust with the licensing/registration era) I have re-upped the PAL and jumped back into the range pool, so to speak. I'm trying out the Norinco M-14 club, the Milsurp club AND the Red Rifle gang....if only I could make up my mind. My son and I have really enjoyed the availability of the Mosin-Nagant 91/30( God bless Westrifle!) and have just found a No.1mk3 SMLE BSA commercial full stock rifle that should be a treat to shoot.
Speaking of Lee-Enfields, I owe a debt already to the Milsurp forum, I have a Brit No.4mk1 which appears in excellent nick, but I just happened to see a very faint "ZF" mark on the right side of the butt. If I hadn't read about that same mark on GunNutz this morning, I would have been shooting that No4 this weekend. So you never know what you will learn here.
