Hello,

I am from PEI and I am new to the forum. I have been a member for a while now but never really posted a lot.
I am taking up some pistol shooting for fun. I have been shooting with the army for over 20 years and a little on my own since I was a wee lad at the young age of 16.
My question is this. I'm looking through the forums and I thought I would do a search on M&P but when I search it comes back as no threads found. I can search Glock or anything else I'm looking for. I assume it has to do with the & sign.

Well. I guess that is about it.

Welcome. Your right, the ampersand is likely messing your search up. Just look in the handgun forums and you should find what you want... Basically people that like them hate Glocks and vice-versa. M&P are a little cheaper, but the trigger is shyte and need an Apex kit that makes the cost more than a Glock. Many people also find the ergos on the M&P better.

On the other side, Glock owners (like me) defend them as one of the most dependable and robust polymer pistols out there. There's a reason why they've sold so many!

The 1911 fans make fun of both of us!

Welcome! I hope that someone lets you shoot a Sig p226 before you buy an M&P or Glock.
