Well I figured seeing as I have been ranting and raving on different threads, that I might give a little insite on me. My name is Jay, and I live in the Shuswap valley. I am an ex-military man, and proud Canadian. I live, and work on a ranch for the time being. I enjoy the freedoms of rural life, and take advantage of them often. I like to do CQB, and medium range taget practice on my personal range (a hill with some targets) on my property. I hold a restriced, and non restricted firearms license, but only own non restricted firearms. I currently own a Mossberg Maverick Model 88 12 guage(my gopher gun), and a Cz-858. I would like to purchase a Norinco 305 for hunting, and longer range target practice. I am sceptical of buying a pistol, because I would have to drive to a range just to practice shooting it. If I did buy a pistol however it would either be a Sig P226, Glock 20C(not even sure if we can get them in canada), or some type of 1911. I enjoy dirtbiking to local lakes and fishing, and swimming. I think I stumbled across CGN while looking for mod's for my Cz. Im sure glad I did though. Plenty of like minded people here, and masses of information for me to learn. I have been quite impressed with the quality of discussion on the threads. Also people seem to be quite polite, as long as im not putting my foot in my mouth in a thread
