Hi guys and gals, just joined up :dancingbanana:

I'm new to owning firearms, my dad used to own a couple but since we moved, he sold them all.

Now I passed the safety stuff and applied for PAL, so just waiting for it to come in the mail :cool: I have the money saved up for a bolt-action rifle (Savage 10fp .308) and the scope Mueller Tac II.

I am familiar with firearms but all my knoweldge is based mostly on reading rather than practical :D , but that I hope soon will change

Looks like you've picked out a nice outfit.
Any plans on going restricted?

welcome to gun nutz....keep your eye open on the event and gathering section......to look for a few invites to some shooting in your area;)

If you make your own reloads, you can shoot all day with that setup and all your shots should be within 1 inch at 100 yds. (using bipod i.e benchrest etc)

Restricted I will be doing in few months as my friend already finished his course

I hope so, I saved up now I want to play

I'm looking to get Harris 6-9" swivell bi-pod

I actually saw a link to one of the posts here from snipercentral forum,

My interests: well I like fishing, working on my car and bike (sold), just working with my hands (cause at work all I do is use computer and so on... :runaway: ), I can paint with air-brush and make carbon fiber parts:cool:
