I have 3 heel stamped Norinco plus an IDE and a heel stamped Polytech M14.
One of my Norinco receivers was used to build a NAVY MK14 SEI.

Here it is in a brand new SAGE NAVY SEAL CQB stock ~

All were purchased within the last 18 months from private owners. I think they
were banned back in '93, but plenty are currently available if you look for them.

The average price is $725.00 for a complete ChiCom rifle with one magazine.
I am picking up an IDE side stamped Polytech this Wednesday
