Hello from BC

Hello all,

I am new to shooting. Back in March I went to the range for the first time with my uncle and cousin and got to shoot my first guns. A rifle and a few handguns. Well I couldn't stop thinking about it and how I enjoyed it. I ended up finding a range DVC Ventures in Poco that you can rent handguns. After going a few times I was hooked. In July I took the course got my rpal and a month ago purchases my first gun a kimber 1911 stainless steel II in 9mm and just love it. Its amazing when you mention to someone about shooting and how many people go that is something I have always wanted to do.
I have been lurking for quite some time and figured it was time I posted.

Good for you, that's a great range and a nice handgun even if it isn't in .45ACP A good friend of mine is a member there and has the same gun in both 9mm and .45. Glad to see you aboard,

Thanks for the welcomes. I do plan to get one at some point in a .45 but I like to shoot a lot at the moment and 9mm is just that much cheaper to shoot.

ah all that you need to do now is start reloading so you can get a .45 and shoot it cheaply
