Been a lurker on this forum for a while and thought it was time to say hello...
So a little about myself...
Got introduced with firearms (thanks to a brother in-law) when I was 13,and was hooked ever since.
Got heavily into precision airguns for about six years and since decided it was time to turn to the dark side
Not a "newbie" into firearms,but never really had a BIG interest until now.
Sticking with Rimfire for now but who knows how far I'll fall into this hole
Rimfires I've had:
Marlin 917
Marlin 917VSF
CZ 452 17HMR
Ruger 10/22
Savage MK11
CBC Magtech
For the airguns...
Right now I have a RWS Rapier (made in Sweden by FX airguns) in .22cal...
Shoots a 16gr JSB pellet at about 940FPS for about 30ftlbs,and a Weihrauch HW50S (made in Germany) in .177cal that does about 800fps with a 8.4gr JSB for about 12ftlbs...
BTW the RWS Rapier is the only one in the Country,had to create a new FRT for it
