Want to say hi everyone, my name is Ken. I have finally completed one of my long term goals by obtaining my restricted PAL and am currently shopping for a shotgun, colt navy, and a quiet gun club/range to fire both. I am open to suggestions for the range that anyone is willing to give. Thanks in advance.
 
Hi and welcome. If you are a safety concious shooter I would welcome you as a member at Sherwood Park Fish and Game Association. Memberships availiable at Wholesale Sports, P&D Enterprises, and numerous others.
 
Shooting range

I would like to extend my invitation to join Canadian Historical Arms Society, which includes the Genessee range, which is only $70 per year, and has ranges out to 700 meters. Memberships available at Lock N Load on the West end, 15889 116 Ave.
 
Welcome: If you're on the Eastern side of the city Sherwood Park Fish and Game is really nice and quiet place. If you're looking at getting into IPSC Spruce Grove Gun Club is probably a good choice too, they're pretty quiet on weekdays from what I'm told.
CHAS/Genessee is a nice range but not sure how it is for quiet...
 
Thanks a lot for the replies and welcome, fellas. Considering my home location, Ellerslie, I believe Sherwood Park fish and game will be ideal, especially considering it has a blackpowder range.
