Who We Are

FH Munition Inc. started in Calgary, Alberta, in 2019 with a simple goal: to bring high-quality, Canadian-made ammunition to sports shooters.
We began by reloading ammunition and have since transitioned to producing factory-new ammo after 2022.

The official match ammunition for 2024 IPSC PCC Canadian National Championship and 2023 IPSC Canadian Handgun Championship.

- 9mm Luger 124Gr Range Grade Ammunition:

Perfect for training sessions where affordability is key without compromising on quality.

- .223 Rem 55Gr Match Grade Ammunition:

Been quite happy with the FH 223 over the last few months, and nice to support a local company! Excellent value and regularly can be had for around $0.75 a round.

In terms of your range and match 9mm ammo, besides accuracy are the stats still the same? 1060fps power factor around 133 and 315-333 ft lbs? Are the match grade ammo tailored to IPSC power factors too, just less "precision as part of the manufacturing process"? I want my practice to be like my compititions feel wise.

Match ammo are 1060 FPS out of 5" barrel, ~131PF;
Range line is 1100FPS out of 4.25" barrel, ~136PF; And the components are different since we are using pre primed brass for the current Range line production.

Wouldnt the range line also be lower FPS with a longer barrel, so in line with that?

With the volumn I shoot the price difference matters.

Is it foolish of me to wish for affordable 7.62x39 to be manufactured in Canada (sub 1$/rnd price)? There's no one else doing it. Seems like a market that could be highly capitalized.
