Hello all, heard about this forum from a friend and found it has amazing info and members.
I'm an avid hunter and a moderate gun nut (just starting to dabble in pistols and such) and hope to learn alot more here. So cheers, and hope to talk to you all soon.:wave:
 
Hi from Ontario... I'll bite and you can call me ignorant. Where is Hanna ?
I'm into my 50's been shooting since I was 8. It is an addiction but a nice one. Don't smoke and hardly drink so shooting is my vice.
The more I hear about Alberta the more I like it. Take care.
 
Hanna is east and and slightly north of Calgary about 2 hours. Out in the plains, but with a few sets of small rolling hills. Find not bad mule deer and the odd decent whitetail out here.
A bit more about me I guess is that I have been shooting since I was quite small also, my dad was big into it. Haven't done any competition or anything, but definitely enjoy hunting and plinking at the range. I'm 23 and I just did an African safari last summer and had the time of my life!

:welcome: Hello from a lifelong Albertan (transplanted to B.C for a while). Hanna area is beautiful country and I wish I could be back there:( Welcome. this is a great place to find out useful info, chat with other gun nutters or quite possibly even find a new toy (or 10:D) in the equipment exchange. Another transplant here aswell (Alberta to BC). I was born in Hanna and lived in Drumheller up untill about 5 years ago. Now living on the west coast.
