Well, I've heard a lot about this site and have finally signed up...so I thought I'd write a quick note to introduce myself.

I shoot at PCDFHC in PoCo, and I'm mostly interested in pistol and revolver shooting as I find them the most challenging. Hoping to take the Black Badge course sometime soon so I can shoot IPSC someday. I also have a couple of .22LR rifles and an SKS to burn ammo with.

I'm also planning on taking the CORE course soon so I can get a hunter's number. Mostly interested in birds, but might try deer or maybe even moose someday. Just wouldn't know where to put all that meat if I ever bag one. :)

Going to do a search of the site and see how I can get into the classifieds section as getting more and more gear is always an interest...as I'm sure it is for most here.

See ya!

Hey there, welcome neighbour. I live in Aldergrove and shoot at mission rod and gun, thought about joining POCO but crossing the Port Mann to shoot didn't appeal to me.

Thanks, guys.

Andre66: Does Mission have a public range that non-members can buy daycards to shoot like we do in PoCo? If so, how much does it cost and is it available Tuesdays and Wednesdays? My range is closed on those days, and working shift work, it's surprising how many Tuesdays and Wednesdays I have off. Thanks.

Morning and wellcome aboard. Mission is for members only except in August when its open to daycarders on weekends. It's an excellent range with full facilities. Fairly cheap to be a member, then you can shoot any time.

What he said, i like the fact that it is open every day and you can go anytime.
