Well, I figure I'll do the whole introduction thing seeing how I've been lurking for the past few days now, mostly browsing through the SKS forum...
I'm a student at the University of Guelph, I did a short stint in the army reserve and am applying for regular force officer, I've always had an interest in military stuff, and thus, quite naturally, things that go bang.
Me and my buddy are going to try to get our PALs this summer, I don't really have an interest in hunting (and my girlfriend would shoot me if I shot an animal) but I just want to shoot for fun, and to build up my shooting skill. Me and my buddy are thinking of pitching in for an SKS that he'll keep at his place.
One question - how do I get access to the exchange forums? I want to look around for a cheap .22LR.
