Well of course I have to say that I'm new here, also wanted to say HI to everyone and not to be so rough on the new guy.

A little about me, for starters I'm new at this, joined a firearms club today, my little birthday gift to me....apart from that, now looking to buy a hand gun for me to practice with and maybe for competition.

Was looking at the HK P30L, like the look and feel of it. What I really wanted was the HK45, but try to find that in Canada? Wouldn't mind some input from the guys here. So.....shoot away (pardon the pun!!)

i know the HK 45 is available in canada, and apparently not that hard to find contrary to popular belief. Check with Elwood Epps, guy in a recent thread purchased one from them :
