hey my name is Chris I am 19 student/security guard. I have been surfing this site nearly every day since a fellow gun nut introduced it to me. I have found the people here to be a great help.

That being said. I have a few concerns I guess you could call them. I think I Joined this sport at the worst time. I have applied at 4 ranges and no one is excepting members until the new year (at least thats what I have been told) The range I did actually go to did not seem like they wanted me there. I am feeling pretty upset by all this it is sort of a turn off, Guess thats what the libs want.

Does any one have any suggestions or know clubs Within an hour driving distance from the GTA that is currently accepting members.

Sorry to hear you're feeling a little unwelcome... certainly not what our sport needs right now.
We (Kitchener/Waterloo) should be within your hour limit (I can make the airport or Bass Pro in under an hour ).

Hamilton area has some as well.
I personally belong to Colby. They're always accepting new members... the only issue is waiting for a club course that you must take.

If a little more than an hours drive is acceptable (and definitely worth the drive) you should be hearing from Stormbinger (EESA) anytime now...
