Hello from new guy

I was referred to this site by a member who told me it is a great place to go to get firearm information. I have been hunting for 30 years and I currantly hold a Possession Only Licence, however I have just purchased the Canadian Firearms Safety Book and plan to challenge the test soon so I can get a Possession Aquisition Licence as I would like to purchase a new deer rifle. I live in Northwestern Ontario, hunting is one of my passions, lever action is my favourite action and I am very happy to become a member of this site where people who are intrested in the shooting sports can come together and help each other out. I am sure I will have many questions for all of you members to help me out with, but I promise I will try my best not to become a pain in the butt. Thank you. Northshore.

Welcome, where abouts in North Ontario?? I have family in Kirkland lake and North Bay. I sure miss the train ride from Regina to North Bay, beatiful scenery.

Drewz, Im from Nipigon it is the most northernly point on Lake Superior, Its a small friendly community where everybody pretty much knows everybody. Great place for hunting and fishing....oh by the way home of the world record Brook Trout.
