I'm new to the firearms scene, going to be getting my PAL/RPAL this spring or summer...and then enjoy some recreational shooting and perhaps some hunting later if I can find some folks to go hunting with.
I'm currently living in Ottawa, going to school at Carleton University. I grew up on the East coast, in "rural" Canada, but moved to Ottawa for school. I live off campus, so there is no worry about storage of firearms.
I've been into airsoft for many years, but don't worry I won't be posting any airsoft nonsense here. Also been airgun shooting for the past few years, own a Beretta CX4 Storm and a cheap Daisy airgun. I also have a collection of Starter's Pistols/Blank firing guns, very beautiful pieces, although no where near as beautiful as a real firearm.
Interested in picking up a decent shotgun, a decent semi-auto .22, and a Lee Enfield .303 once I get my license.
I'm looking forward to meeting the local recreational shooters and hunters
