Hello from Ottawa!

Hey there, I am new to firearms and want to learn more about them. I hope to purchase 2 rifles this summer: a 22 and a SKS. I am also the events coordinator for the Firearms Association of Carleton University and if anyone in the Ottawa area has any recommendations on places to go shooting, I'd really appreciate it.

R.A. Gun Club

... the R.A. Gun Club is across the road from the University. It’s an indoor range, so shooters have the option of shooting .22 rifle, or up to .44 pistol. It’s convenient for the school year, and the Carleton club could probably arrange a weekly group shoot or something like that with the R.A.

From Spring to Fall, the EOHC (google) is a fine location for almost all shooting, but is 45 minutes East of downtown.
