Hello All. My name is Warren Neily. I have been lurking around here for quite awhile now and I have found this place to be quite an invaluable place for research and information. My apologies for not introducing myself sooner.
I am relatively new to the shooting sports (two years now) although I was raised around guns and hunting. It would seem that the older we get the more we turn into our fathers. After a long time away from the outdoors lifestyle I find myself now, completely obsessed with hunting, fishing, and camping. As well, I am fortunate to have a wife and two great kids that are just as enthusiastic. Unfortunetly, my city friends just don't get it so it has been difficult to find other like minded folks in my circle of friends. Or, other "rednecks" as they jokingly refer to me.
I currently own a .22 rifle, and old winchester semi auto 12 gauge, and a new 7mm rem mag. I have both my restricted and non-restricted license so I'm looking forward to purchasing a few hand guns as well. The new Springfield Armoury XD in .45 acp really appeals to me and I love the old single action 45's.
Regards,
Warren
