Pleased to meet everyone! I hail from Saskatoon. My friend jmiddy introduced me to this site. Last year as a Christmas present I took my mom (65) to the sask wildlife fed. and we took our pal and totally enjoyed ourselves. Once we finished, we thought what the heck and after some research challenged our restricted as well. So now I'm at the stage where I will read as much as I can (thank god for this website) and make some educated decisions as to which first few firearms I will purchase this year. I'm definately going to get an all-round package...A centerfire, a shotgun, and a cheap handgun to start things off and become comfortable and competant before I spend some good money. Mom's hands are pretty arthritic so I might shop around for a nice light .22 like a ruger or such.As for myself I am a part owner of a restaurant here in town, I work hard and play hard and love living here in Saskatoon except for the minus a billion weather!
