hello from slave lake alberta,my name is mario,I've been an avid hunter for 20 years,I've done some clay shooting and recently got interested in military weaponry, and the forum name sounds bang on for me

Welcome aboard, Mario. If you value your wallet you'll stay away from the exchange of military firearms forum, but, all that aside, you've found a perfect place here on CGN to ask and learn.

Welcome to Gun Nutz. I spent some time in and around Slave Lake and Lac La Biche on forest fire fighting assignments before retiring from Ont. MNR. Great country and people. One of the things I found really unique were the highway fingerboard signs idenitifying rifle ranges just off the highways in more than one remote location. Certainly not much like that here in Ont.

I'm originaly from new brunswick and we didn't have much like that there either, alberta is a nice place if you like hunting and fishing and work to pay for both of them ,but I've been here 12 years and still miss back home.

and dorm I'll try to stay off of the exchange too much but I'm like a red neck I like loud shinny things...lol

I've been looking at the trader forums and got interested in some of the handguns so I just started looking into getting my rpal,I already have my pal(5 years now)I guess by the time I can actually buy a handgun and take it to a range should be this time next year...lol,oh well,it gives me something to look foward to.:D

maby I should just buy a tavor for now,I don't mind sleeping on the couch
