Hello CGN Members,
My name is Dawn, and I am the Office Manager for Silvercore Training. I've been looking through the forums and have noticed Silvercore mentioned quite a few times and am glad to see that the comments people have made regarding us are quite positive!
For those of you, who have never heard of us, let me take this opportunity to introduce ourselves.
We are a firearms training centre located in the lower mainland of British Columbia (Delta, to be specific), we have been operating for the past 14 years and teach the CFSC/CRFSC courses, CORE course, Federal Use of Force, as well as some of our own courses which include, Handgun Level I, Handgun Level II, and bear defense courses.
At Silvercore, we pride ourselves on having the highest instructor/student ratio, as well as the largest number of training aids available for our students and a state of the art laser training simulator.
Silvercore plays an active role in the firearms community and provides gunsmithing for local police departments, Sheriffs, Corrections, and almost all of Western Canada’s armoured car companies. Along with gunsmithing we provide the local armoured car companies with Federal Use of Force training, as well as requalification training.
In the past year we have grown quite a bit, and have recently purchased a new office and training facility in Delta, this has allowed us to dedicate even more time and resources to our students. We have also become recognized as an approved gun club through the Canadian Firearms Centre, which has allowed our members to obtain a LTATT in British Columbia.
We are now excited to be a dealer on CGN, and look forward to working with all of you, and answering any questions that you may have and/or providing you with the training that you require. We will be posting monthly schedules in the dealers section as well.
If you have any questions or comments please do not hesitate in contacting us, as we will do whatever we can to help.
Sincerely,
Dawn
