I am very interested in M4 style rifle. I would like to find out more about owning an semi-fire M4 rifle. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

1. I heard about PAL and restricted PAL. Am I correct I need to pass these two certificates first? What other certifications/licenses I would need in order to own a M4 style rifle?
2. What M4 brands/models are currently available for sale in Canada? (I like Noveske and Daniel Defense)
3. Any certified rifle instructors available in Toronto?
4. Is it possible to store my rifles in gun clubs, instead of at my home? I am hoping to practice with my rifle only in a gun club.
 
You have to have a RPAL for M4 - for other questions, best to research the rest of the forums and post the questions in the newbie forums.
