Hi everyone just thought I would say hi, and would like to thank all of you for the help you guy's gave me just by letting me read all your threads. I'm very new to the gun world and all the threads helped me chose my very first hand gun, just received it today H&K P2000 .40 S&W V1. One big factor that helped is that I'm a lefty and I was just told it will be my new duty side arm, thought it would be nice to get a head start because we probably won't see them for a year if not longer.

Anyways Don't want to ramble on to long but I really just wanted to let everyone know I think this site is great and thank every one once again because I'm sure I might need some help in the future.

Welcome from a fellow pegger. I just got a H&K USP and love it. I'm sure the H&K brand will fill your bill nicely.

Yes duty fire-arm we are suppose to see them in about a year I hope that they are a good side arm. I'm not to worried though it seem that a lot of people on here that know what they are talking about think they are.
