hello guys, i need help with Auto-Ordnance M1

i just find out that Auto-Ordnance make new m1 carbine with barrel length 18 inchs but is it restricted or non restricted because the limit is 18.5 also can i import it from US?

With an 18 inch barrel it will be restricted, you can import it the same as you can import a handgun with all the right paperwork.

1st question is why would you want to import a copy of the origional??


there are tons of USGI m1 carbines around in canada

you can likely buy 2 GI carbines for the price of importing one copy

If you go back to Bill C51 back in 1978, the 18 inch bbl. on the M1 Carbine was the reason quoted at the time for restricting sub 18.5 inch centre fire semis.

thanks, i am in market for a good shape m1 carbine, how much are they go for ? i had on a few years ago but i was 500 and really bad shape.
