Hello, what is the shortest barrel length .22lr revolver on the market under 4.12"

On the Canadian market, just what was here before '95. There were some really small belt buckle revolvers that existed before they all went prohib. These are only available to 12.6 PAL holders and new ones cannot be imported for individuals.

I have a Ruger SP101 in .22. I think it is pretty much minimum allowed.

Theoretically, if you take the barrel off that'd be the shortest length you could get, but I don't think the RCMP will quite understand, or appreciate, a gun registered with a 0" barrel.

NAA minimaster it has a 4.2 barrel, but the frame is super tiny. That is the smallest available in Canada

Thank you sir btw I have a colt series 80 it is my favorite. I put on some snakeskin dog grips too. Shoots and looks like a beaut. Minus the firing pin issue pertaining to a custom trigger job

I have a Ruger SP101 in .22.

If you think a Ruger GP100 is hard to get (for the past year and a half in Canada), just *try* to buy an SP101.

Given the minimum barrel length of just over 105mm (4,13"), most guns that aim for a Canadian shortest legal bbl are pretty much the same size. You don't see as many revolvers chambered in .22 with the shorter concealment/carry barrels, so options are limited; much more usual is six inches.

The North American Arms “The Earl” mini revolver, currently available from site sponsor Wanstall's (banner up top), is going to be your tiniest over-all pocket heater. My full review of it is in this thread on the Pistols forum. They also have the Mini Master, which is basically the same but a little more modern looking.
