Hi everyone,
It's been a long time coming but I finally pulled the trigger "pun intended" and received my PAL. Although I grew up on a farm and shot small calibre rifles and shotguns I mostly was just to lazy/intimidated to go through the required courses. Now that I've done it I couldn't be more excited. I've been bow hunting for a couple of years now but the opportunity to hunt bird with shotguns and rifle hunt bear and other predator is allowing me a different perspective and providing unique challenges. I'm now looking for my first rifle and have admittedly spent much to much time on the internet researching. Thanks for the warm welcome and I look forward to reading about others challenges and triumph's along with the opportunity to trade or purchase with other users.
