I have been a gun owner for over 20 years.
I have not been to the range for over 15 years but that may change soon.
Dealing with the new license requirements is frustrating.
"30 day cooling off period"? Real useful for those who already own firearms.
Like most laws, the gov't should allow those affected make them.
