Hello Again - Thanks again for the friendly welcome and kind responses to a couple of posts. Have now written and passed both the non-restricted and the restricted safety tests. Application for restricted PAL went in the mail this AM. Now we wait.
It has been interesting to read around the various discussion boards. There is a healthy divergence of opinion on some matters together with evidence of a genuine love of shooting sports. For the most part things I see here are far more balanced and well thought out than what one hears from the anti-gun crowd. Well done to all.
As fate would have it I will be in Kenora 16 Oct and will be able to sit in on a bit of the very interesting court case there, (The healthy divergence of opinion I mentioned above). Will post my impressions as after.
