Help a CZ858 Rookie

Hi all,

I just received my parts order from Wolverine and I`m trying to install a Fab defense hand guard and the skeleton stock. Since I dont want to scratch and divot up my brand new rifle by prying and forcing stuff that shouldn`t be, how do you remove the lower hand guard? I see a cross pin that retains the rear part but it doesn't look like a typical roll pin or the type the upper retains. The lower pin looks like its swedged in. There are no instructions to speak of with the guard and the rifle owners manual also doesn;t tell you how to take it off.

take a punch and a hammer is just a roll pin ^^ or look on youtube it have some vid on how to do

Mine took a bit of force to get it out. But once it got moving it came out really easy. If I remember correctly, its a directional pin. Its larger on one side than the other. Maybe im remembering wrong. But something about that sticks in my mind. Either way, it took a few hits to get it to budge, but then came right out.

Thanks everyone, you are correct as one end is flared so it looked as though it was swedged in. Came out easy driving it in the right direction.
