New shooter looking to get into long to extreme range shooting and building my first rifle. I'm planning to buy a Tikka T3x CTR with a 22" barrel.

I should be getting something with very precise turret clicks with a roughly 10x power and a reticle that matches my turrets. I had picked out an IOR Valdada 10x42 but I cant seem to find a dealer for that in canada.
Does anyone know of a similar scope that I can buy in Canada without a headache?
