it was a bad day yesterday, when I was cleaning the pistol and the recoil spring retainer just flew away.

Buckmark Owner, do you know how and where I can get this small part:

Part number: B5152681
RECOIL SPRING GUIDE RETAINING RING
$1.25

IN CANADA?

I found it on Brownells and midway, but they don't ship to Canada.

ReliableGun is out stock

Thanks.

I lost mine too the first time I dissembled the Buckmark. You can reassemble it without the retainer clip and it works just fine. I ordered this part from Tandemkross (they ship to Canada):

$22.99 USD

Brownells should ship to Canada.

They won't ship Browning made parts. Probably a distribution agreement thing imposed by the manufacturer. If you look on the Brownells site there is a filter you can apply to show what is eligible to ship outside the US. Browning supplied parts disappear when you apply it.

OP might want to email Browning customer service to get advice on where to source in Canada.

I put my order in, do you know is there any additional documents need for the order?

How long it take to get the part?

The reason I am asking is because that buckmark is my wife's favor, why can't she just like Glock?

I asked them to delay shipping my parts since I have been away traveling (I just arrived home yesterday). Last time I placed an order with Tandemkross it took about 2 weeks. There is no paperwork to do at your end. The post office sometimes dings you for extra processing fees, but it is not normal for small orders like this. Remember, you can assemble the pistol without the retainer and your wife can use it while you wait for the part. Just remember the spring will want to fly off when you disassemble it if there is no retainer clip (don't lose the spring!).

You should be able to order from Numrich to Canada. They do carry a bit of Bucmark parts.
Here is the link.

BTW:
I just remembered; in regards to the retaining clips, you might get lucky & find it at your local "Home Hardware Stores Ltd".
they are the one store I know for sure, who carry various sizes of " C Clips:.
