help !! Bushnell Sportview Quad- Power

I have just bought a Browning Gold Medallion 22 A bolt and it came with a scope that I have no idea what I have or what it should be on ! It says bushnell sportview quad-power . It has a yardage on the front marked from 40 to 1000 YD It has an adjustment on the centre top that ranges from100 to 500 The rear magnification adjusts from 5 - 20 I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer but if this thing is ment to shoot a 1000 yds it's a little bit of overkill for a 22. So please help me and let me know what it should be on!

Yeah it's overkill for a 22 but it's a pretty budget priced scope. Quality ain't the best and I would not get too excited about putting it on a 1000 yard precision rifle.

If it works for you, go with it. If not, pitch it.

Just my opinion.
