Help, can't figure out how to post feedback!

Hi

A real newbie here. I just went through two very satisfying purchase transactions and want to leave the seller feedback. I have searched everywhere I can think of but can't find out how to do this. Is there something that maybe has to be activated in my account?
Any help appreciated, I really want to leave feedback for these great sellers.

Click on the other person's feedback score.

Click on their handle...

Click on view profile...

Click on Feedback Score...

Click on Submit Feedback...
