Hi all, I am hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. I am looking for the casing ejector and spring for an old Browning bps .22 pump action rifle commonly called the "trombone", the rifle was made by FN. I talked to a gun tech at brownells, said they havent carried parts for the old girl for years. Hopefully someone out here in the wide world of sports can help. Thanks in advance.:bangHead:http://youtu.be/-fXDAAL8vuw found this little clip on youtube, it is the same rifle, you can see the ejector mechanism i need on the side of the slide/bolt.

Are you missing the parts, or is it just not extracting the shells? because over the life time of an old rimfire, they will often get a little snag where the firing pin contacts (accidental dryfirings) the back of the cylinder. I have had to correct this on several rifles and a revolver, I use a cylinder reamer. But I have had other guys that don't have a reamer say they use a small rat-tail file and very gently. or for parts call Numrich out of the states.

nope, if it was still on the gun i could fix it. It is my dads gun, he said the parts flew right off, didnt see where they landed, probably out the window of the ranch truck he was checking cows, shooting gophers in. I will check out numrich as well, thanks i appreciate the feedback.

Try calling Western Gun Parts in Edmonton. They have all kinds of stuff. You must just get lucky!

 Yep I got lucky alright, they have it, want 50.00$ + shipping and handling unspecified + tax........and to boot was treated like a real ####### by the guy. They will be my last choice. It doesnt hurt to treat customers with some respect.
