Wondering if anyone has any advice on warranty for a CZ 455.

Rifle was purchased in Dec 2012. What looked like a small scratch on the stock is now a full blown hairline crack about 1.5 inches long. It can only get worse from here.

I feel like this is something that should be covered under warranty as the rifle has been carefully handled.

I've read that DLASK is now the CZ warranty centre in Canada. Is this true? I sent them a message but have not heard back for a few days now.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

I'm dealing with a CZ warranty issue directly with CZ in Brod. There seems to be movement, but is slow going, and the language barrier is a bit of a hinderance as well.

I do believe that Dlask is now the warranty centre in Canada.

Thanks,
Cal.

Some folks have contacted CZ in the U.S. to facilitate their issues.. worth a try ..and they speak english lol

I contacted the US centre first, and they directed me to Brod as at the time the warranty centre in Canada was being moved.

It seems like that brand has a lot of customer service issues.

Nope, not at all. I have 6 CZ's, and this is the only one with issues. Most people I know never have issues with their CZ's. I love CZ's and will be getting more in the future.

Thanks,
Cal.

There have been a lot of people claiming long delays and poor customer service with the old warranty centre, and not a lot of good feedback on the new centre as well. I'm sure most of their products are good, but from what Ive read here a few people are getting jerked around when they do have a problem.

I dealt with CRAFM in Quebec for warratny for my CZ just a few months ago. It took quite a while to get the parts but the end result was very good. Contact Tara Myers [tara@crafm.com]
