help finding a cross bolt for SKS

Well I've had a WTB add up in the EE for an SKS cross bolt and nut .. the one just forward of the mag well that goes through the entire stock. No luck there.

Anyone know of a place I could buy one new? I wouldn't even know where to begin to find parts for this little beast

I would try Mastar, they should have some parts kicking around or
Mil-arms in Edmonton

i say just fabricate one..nothing like a challenge ..it would be easy

I might have a spare Chinese one kicking around from when I pulled mine out of those damn Chu wood stocks, and put them in fiberglass.

I'll have to do a little hunting, but you can have it for free if I find one.

Know if your carbine has the pinned or threaded barrel as the cross bolt engages the receiver in a slightly different position on each type. You will probably also need to do a little fitting of the cross bolt in any case.

The one I have is for a threaded barrel receiver.
