Help finding a scope with specific features

So I am looking for what seems may be turning into a mythical beast, a unicorn, or a sasquatch perhaps. I am looking for a scope to add onto my Savage model 10TR, but I have some specifics and it may not exist.

This is what I am after a decent quality, reliable scope with;

-Perferably a variable zoom, with a decent rannge somwhere in the range of 6-20, 4-18 etc.
-Perferably 30mm tube
-Perferably NOT made in china
-40+mm objective lens diameter

Must haves:
-Mil dot reticle on first focal plane (FFP)
-Turret adjustment in MRADs (perferably 0.1 MRAD) definitely NOT in MOA
-The kicker, mid-range $$ say in the $500 to $800

Most budget to mid-range scope (Vortex Viper 6.5-20x50 PA and some Bushnell elite's) I can find with Mil-Dost are second focal plane and have 1\4 moa turrets, so far only Weaver and Falcon seem to meet my “must haves” but I cannot find any Canadian dealers.

Anybody know of any other likely candidates I should look into, or where I could find a Weaver tactical 3-15x50 mil-dot in Canada for a good price?

Weaver tacticals are hard to find up here.

Falcon are Chinese scopes.

You probably want to have a look at the Sightron S3 line-up, although they're a couple hundred more than the top-end of your budget ($1090 for the 6-24)... oh, and they're 50mm objective.

You don't list it but I assume you want reliable tracking also. To my mind, that knocks the Falcon out.

For that price range, you are probably out of luck. If you are willing to bump the budget by 200 dollars you can play.

yeah the $1000 mark seems to be where the mil-dots reticles start lining up with FFP and mrad adjustments, I want to do my best to keep the $$ down a bit though.
