Load for the bullet weight using jacketed bullet data. NATO ammo and all other factory ammo is loaded to get a specified velocity. So there is no one powder charge for M882. The spec calls for 1230 to 1260 fps using a 112 grain bullet or a 115 grain bullet in commercial ammo. The pistol used will give different velocities, but any load that give those velocities will be close.
Mind you, you still need to work up the load for your pistol. Surplus ammo may not shoot well out of your pistol.
