Hi all. I’ve recently came by an old Auto 5. This one doesn’t have a magazine cut off and has the magazine tube locking screw located on the right side of the receiver. It is the only part missing. Does anyone know what the thread pitch for this screw etc would be? I would like to restore this gun and get it shooting again since it’s mostly there, I doubt that I’ll find one so I’ll probably end up having to fabricate one. Thanks to all. Bill

Hi all, just an update. As suggested I called WGP in search of parts for a 115 year old shotgun. I knew about them, used them several times in the past for Timney triggers and various rifle parts but hey, a 115year old shotgun was a long shot. To say that I’m pleased with what they have provided is an understatement. They had most of what I was looking for, including an English stock, rare for an auto 5, and they went to the effort of finding a matching fore end. They are now my first call for any part needs!!
