Help how do you put pics in threads

New to the site how do you ad pics to posts from a cell.phone ( mostly use cell phone when I'm on here ) Tried the pic function and the only thing that comes up is numbers and letters.

Become a member to post/upload pics directly. This is the easiest route.
If not you have to use a hosting site like photobucket etc etc to upload pics.
There are stickys and threads with exact instructions to post pics. Use search function to find them if you want.

Someone should make a sticky called "Tutorial: How to Post Pictures". Maybe right at the top of the Newbie FAQs forum.

You can do it from a photo sharing site , but I think my problem is my intranet service is sh#tty so sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't
