Help ID this odd little .22

I picked up this .22 from a friend...has made in germany stamped on barrel with quite a few different proof marks...here are some photos:





If anyone has any insights to what brand this might be or what this action is called...let me know. Thanks!!
 
Those little rifles were made during the 20's and 30's and I think maybe after WWII. Germany was in desperate need for outside currency so several manufacturers were inlisted to make these things. They were usually "Sold" thru comic books and heres the kicker, out West a seed company would send these thru the mail to youg boys if the lad sold a certian number of seed packets for that company. The little girls got a doll or some cheap trinket but the boys got a little .22. A simple action and cheap to manufacture and don't let anyone tell you they are rare!!!

As I mentioned earlier, it is not rare!!! During the period that all rifles had to be registered Phoniex Range got at least as many of those bloody things in, as cooey's and you can just guess how many cooey's. Just cause you ain't seen one does not make it rare!
