Howdy folks
Buddy just popped by with an older Tasco Propoint wondering If I could help him with it...
I'm not a "red dot" guy and, not too sure how to ID this particular model...
Sorry about poor pictures...the batteries are contained in the smaller tube it takes NR52 batteries (according to sticker in Battery compartment). I can't see a model # anywhere on this thing.
Any guesses as to a model # or, where I can find a manual?
I'm hoping to get it up n' running...it may never work as, he had tried combinations of batteries (sometimes 3) and,he's not sure if polarities were always proper. It would appear it's supposed to use 2xNR52 batteries so, he may have cooked it with 4.5V instead of required 3v...may also be cooked due wrong polarity...
I the only experience I have is with my scope's illuminated recticle which I left turned on and, killed battery...scope came with 2nd battery but, I have no use for the illuminated recticle...
