Help Identify This Scope ..... Russian?

I have a scope and know absolutely zero about it.
Anybody know?
Does it have any value?
It has the Russian marking as shown and the numbers 1937.
It is a German 4a reticle style.

I may be wrong, but I think it's an Accumounts (Made in China) repro PE scope.

You could be right. Thank you for replying.
Could it be an original scope or can you tell it is a repro?
I checked out the Accumount site,but found it a little confusing.
What does PE mean?
What does PU mean?
Forgive me the dumb questions,but I am a modern day benchrest shooter and have very little knowledge
on milsurp type scopes.
I have a feeling I'm going to learn something new.

i believe pe / pu stand for scope designations pu is compact and pe or pem is a copy basicly of a 1930s german design.
i am no expert. but that is either accumounts ( made in china good quality i have 1 ) or a ukranian modern copy ....... need someone with more knowledge for more exact info.

I guess it's in too nice of shape to be original.
Maybe you need another one NB.
